The Régie intermunicipale des eaux Massawippi brings together the municipalities of North Hatley and Canton-de-Hatley to supply water to the 2 municipalities. The Municipality of North Hatley assumes 85% of operating expenses, while the Canton-de-Hatley assumes the remaining 15%.

The Régie’s Board of Directors is made up of 3 municipal councillors from each municipality. The current board is made up of the following members:

• Andrew J PELLETIER (conseiller North Hatley)
• Vincent FONTAINE (maire Canton de Hatley)
