The North Hatley Library
Created around 1898, North Hatley’s privately-owned library boasts some 18,000 titles, a third of which are for young readers. The Library organizes a number of events including special projects, art exhibits, poetry readings, and more.

Concerts in Dreamland Park in summer
During the months of July and August on Saturday evenings and Sunday at noon, the village offers free concerts in the gazebo of Dreamland Park. A variety of popular music is on the menu on the Saturday evening (rock, blues, country, jazz etc.) and classical music is on stage on Sunday at noon. These concerts, which take place in front of Lake Massawippi, offer a feast for the eyes and ears! SCEDULE
Concerts at St. Elizabeth and UU Estrie Churches
In autumn, winter and spring, the beautiful churches of St. Elizabeth (3115 chemin Capelton) and UU Estrie (201 rue Main) are the perfect place for a variety of classical concerts, either of the Estria Woodwind Quintet series, the Lake Massawippi Festival series, or invited artists.
North Hatley en Photo Contest
Every year, the North Hatley Merchants’ Association organizes a photo contest of photos taken in North Hatley. The names of the winners are then unveiled and displayed at the Auberge La Chocolatière (310, ch. de la Rivière) during the fall. More information.
