Regulation respecting the use of drinking water
The objective of the 2016-589 draft regulation is to govern the use of drinking water in order to preserve the quality and quantity of the resource.

Your Civic Number
It is very important that your street address number be visible from the street.
The numbers should be at least 10 cm (4 in.) tall so that emergency services (police, ambulance, fire brigade, etc.) can locate your home quickly in case of an emergency.
Changes of Address
It is your responsibility to notify the Municipality of any change of address.
Changes by phone are not accepted. To change the address of your file, you must send us, by mail, fax or email, a signed and dated document indicating your previous and new contact information.
Door-to-Door Sales Agents
No company is authorized by the Municipality to provide any home service whatsoever. Whoever wishes to offer their services must hold a valid permit issued by the Municipality.
You may at any time verify if a person has a valid permit by checking with the Municipality. We will be happy to inform you about the regulations in force.

Tags for Dogs and Cats
Licenses for dogs and cats are due for renewal between January 15 and February 15 of each year.
If you have not renewed your pet’s tag, it is not too late, but we suggest you contact the SPA by telephone (819 821-4727) or online. Additional costs may apply.
If you no longer have a pet, if your pet has been neutered, or if you have moved, please contact the SPCA at 819 821-4727, or online, in order to update your file.
